Last updated: 5 October 2026. These terms are between you and RevRake Inc (“RevRake”, “we”), the operator of revrake.com. Contact: hello@revrake.com.
1. What RevRake is
RevRake is a hosted affiliate management system for casino and sportsbook operators. An operator opens a program, sets deals, and connects their platform. An affiliate joins an operator’s program, gets tracking links, and sees their clicks, players, commissions and payouts. RevRake records and calculates; it never holds or moves money. Paying affiliates is done by the operator, outside RevRake.
2. Who these terms are for
- Operators: by creating a program you accept these terms for yourself and, if you act for a company, for that company. You must be authorised to do so.
- Affiliates: by joining a program you accept sections 4, 6 to 12 of these terms. Your deal, commission and payment are an agreement between you and the operator, not with RevRake.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
3. Price
RevRake is free for operators, and we promise it stays free: there is no paid plan, no card, and no trial that ends. The service is shared, so each program is expected to stay within reasonable use. If a program grows unusually large we talk to its operator first; nothing is cut off without a conversation, and tracking links, recorded events and commissions already kept are never switched off as a way to charge.
4. Your account
Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with them. An operator’s API key reads and writes the whole program and must never be given to an affiliate; each affiliate has their own key. Tell us at once if you think an account or key is compromised.
5. The operator’s responsibilities
You, the operator, are responsible for:
- holding every licence and permission your gambling business needs in each market you serve, and for the legality of your offer, your marketing and your affiliates’ marketing of it;
- age and identity checks of your players, responsible gambling duties, and anti-money-laundering duties: RevRake performs none of these;
- the deals you set, the approval and payment of commissions, taxes, and any dispute with an affiliate;
- the accuracy of the events and files your platform sends;
- the personal data you put into RevRake (see the Privacy Policy: you are its controller).
6. Acceptable use
You may not use RevRake, or links on RevRake’s domains, to:
- send people to phishing, malware, or sites that impersonate someone else;
- promote anything illegal where it is promoted, or gambling to people under the legal age;
- send spam, or traffic obtained by deception;
- fabricate clicks, registrations or deposits, or otherwise defraud an operator or an affiliate;
- probe, overload or bypass the security or limits of the service, or resell it as your own.
Anyone can report a link at https://app.revrake.com/report. Until an operator has verified their site, visitors who click that program’s links see a short page saying where the link leads.
7. Suspension and closing
We may suspend a program, an account or a link that breaks section 6 or that puts the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and give you the chance to put it right; for phishing, malware or fraud we act immediately. You may close your account at any time by writing to us; operators can export their data first (ledger, reports and payouts as CSV, and by API).
8. Your data and ours
You keep all rights in the data you put into RevRake. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you. We keep all rights in RevRake itself: the software, the website and the documentation. How personal data is handled is in the Privacy Policy and, for operators, in the data processing terms in its section 3.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep RevRake available and correct, and we publish what is built and what is not at revrake.com. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; if a change would take away something you rely on, we write to you before it happens.
10. No warranty
RevRake is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is free of errors, that its calculations fit your contracts, or that it meets a regulator’s requirements. You are responsible for checking commissions and payouts before you pay them.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, RevRake is not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability to you for everything connected with the service is limited to EUR 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms, law and disputes
We may update these terms. We post the new version with its date and, for a change that matters, email operators at least 30 days before it takes effect; using RevRake after that date means you accept it. If we disagree about these terms, write to us first and we will try to settle it with you directly. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
