How it works

From a click to a payout, in six steps.

Every step below works in the product today.

  1. Set up your brand and a deal

    Your landing page, the deal's currency, the CPA or revenue share it pays, and how long a commission stays on hold. Changing a deal makes a new version; past commissions keep the terms they were earned under.

  2. Approve affiliates

    Affiliates apply on your program page or through an invite link for a specific deal. You approve or decline each one.

  3. Affiliates share tracking links

    Every click is stored with a click ID before the visitor is sent to your site. Bots and repeat clicks are flagged and kept, never silently dropped.

  4. Your platform reports players

    Send registrations, deposits, chargebacks and net gaming revenue as signed server-to-server requests, or the daily CSV files your platform already exports: uploaded, pushed by API or fetched by RevRake every day. Sending the same event twice changes nothing.

  5. Read the ledger

    A qualifying first deposit creates one CPA commission, and reported revenue creates a revenue share commission, both on hold. A chargeback reverses the CPA. When the hold period ends, the commission is approved automatically. Nothing in the ledger is edited or deleted, and both you and the affiliate see the same rows.

  6. Close the month and pay

    Each month closes into a payout batch with one line per affiliate and currency. You approve it, download the bank file (CSV), pay outside RevRake and mark it paid. RevRake never moves money itself.

  • Real-time signed events Your platform sends each registration, deposit, chargeback and revenue figure as it happens, one signed request per event. How to do it

Postbacks

Conversions reach the tracker your affiliate already uses.

Media buyers run their campaigns from their own tracker. Each affiliate adds their postback URL, and RevRake reports registrations, first deposits, approved, rejected and paid commissions, and chargebacks to it. Failed deliveries are retried, and every attempt is kept in a log the affiliate can read.
